College Development Program (15-17u)
The College development program provides an avenue for dedicated student athletes to pursue their dreams of college baseball. We provide training and exposure opportunities, both locally and nationally.
- Mental Training: Improvement of baseball IQ, a firm understanding of what it takes to play college baseball, and what college recruiters are looking for
- Positions-Specific Skill Development: Individual Defensive Work to polish footwork, release and hands as well as a greater knowledge of their position. Swing Mechanical Training, Approach Training
- College Recruitment Guidance: Helping Players find a good college fit. Evaluation of what player needs to play at desired school. Placing athlete in front of coaches . Serving as mentor/adviser in college selection process. Each athlete receives an individual meeting to provide feedback and outline plan.
- Showcase Opportunities at High profile events / Smaller Events: Playing in large and small events that will provide an opportunity to play in front of colleges
- Player Marketing / Exposure: We have an extensive network of scouts and coaches that we work with to help each player eventually find a fit when the time is right.
